不同采收时期及不同部位绿凤藤茶中总黄酮含量比较与分析

Comparison and Analysis for the Content of Total Flavonoids in Various Parts of Ampelopsis grossedentata cv,lufeng Collected in Different Seasons

目的探讨恩施地区绿凤藤茶的最佳采收时期及采摘部位。方法采用分光光度法测定不同采收时期及不同部位绿凤藤茶中总黄酮的含量。结果不同采摘时间及不同采摘部位的绿凤藤茶中总黄酮含量具有明显的差别。结论不同时间采摘的藤茶以6月总黄酮含量为最高,不同采摘部位的藤茶总黄酮含量以茎尖为最高。

Objective To clarify the best harvest season and harvest part of A. grossedentata cv, lufeng in Enshi areas. Methods Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids in different parts of A. grossedentata cv, lufeng collected in different seasons. Results The content of total flavonoids had significant differences in different seasons and different parts of A. grossedentata cv,lufeng. Conclusion The content of total flavonoids is the highest in A. grossedentata cv, lufeng collected in June. The content of total flavonoids is the highest collected in the stem tip.
