摘要
目的观察并比较独一味和吡拉西坦对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法以东莨菪碱和乙醇分别造成小鼠学习记忆获得障碍和记忆再现障碍,采用迷津法和跳台法进行观察。结果独一味提取物(0.5g·kg-1和1.0g·kg-1)及吡拉西坦(0.2g·kg-1)均可使小鼠逃避伤害刺激的反应速度加快,错误次数明显减少,遭电击时间缩短(与模型组比较,0.01<P<0.05),两药的效果相近(P>0.05)。结论独一味对小鼠的学习和记忆障碍有改善作用,其作用机制有待进一步研究。
Objective To observe the effects of Herba Lamiophlomis on learning and memory ability of mice. Methods The models of aquired dysmnesia and reproduction memory disorders were established by scopolamine and alcohol, and the effects of Herba Lamiopblomis and piracetam on learning and memory ability were observed and compared. Results The Herba Lamiophlomis aqueous extract at the dose of 0.5 g·kg^-1 and 1.0 g·kg^-1 could reduce the error times, prolong the latent period and shorten total time of lightning stroke. There was a significant difference between the Herba Lamiophlomis and model group ( P 〈 0.05). While there was no significant difference between the Herba Lamiophlomis and piracetam ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Herba Lamiophlomis can obviously improve learning and memory ability of mice.
