摘要 目的以壳聚糖接枝聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为成膜材料制备了如意金黄散膜剂,使其释药比原膜剂更均匀和持久。方法兼顾如意金黄散中各主要成分的溶解性,以乙醇为溶剂提取有效成分,以壳聚糖接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物为成膜材料制备膜剂,HPLC测定膜剂中的姜黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、小檗碱的含量。结果以膜剂中大黄酸的释放度为评价指标,膜剂体外缓释效果比以壳聚糖为成膜材料更好。结论以壳聚糖接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物为成膜材料制备如意金黄散膜剂柔性更好,大黄酸体外缓释效果更明显。 Objective To prepare Ruyijinhuangsan film with Chitosan- graft- poly (Methyl Methacrylate) in order to release medicine more uniformly and more lastingly than former film. Methods The effective components from the Ruyijinhuangsan powder were extracted with alcohol considering the solubility of the main components in Ruyijinhuangsan. The film was prepared with Chitosan- graft- poly( Methyl Methacrylate) and the constituents of cureumin, rhein, emodin, ehrysophanol , berberine in the film were determined with HPLC. Results The release rate of Rhein in film was better than that of former film. Conclusion Ruyijinhuangsan film prepared with Chitosan - graft - poly( Methyl Methacrylate) is more flexible and has better characteristics of sustained - release in vitro than former film.
