摘要
水的介电常数远大于重油的介电常数,因而两者所呈现的射频阻抗特性不同.本文介绍了基于射频阻抗理论对重油的含水量进行快速检测和温度补偿的方法.采用使最大偏差为最小的直线拟合法来实现传感器特性曲线拟合,使一组试验点对该直线的最大偏差为最小,并给出了实验结果.图4,表1,参4.
Dielectric constant of water is much more than that of heavy oil, so they show different properties in the respect of radiofreqency impedace. In this paper, a method of measuring water content quickly in heavy oil and of temperature compensation is introduced based on the theory of radiofrequency impedace. Then, in order to minimize the maximum error of a group of experimental spots to the line, the imitation of straight line is user to realize that of sensor's property winding line. It also presents the algorithmic flow chart useing linear programming. Finally, a group of experiment results is presented.4figs.,1tab.,4refs.
