含镁橄榄石镁质中间包干式料的性能 被引量:2

PROPERTIES OF MAGNESIA BASED DRY VIBRATION MIXTURE CONTAINING FORSTERITE FOR TUNDISH

摘要 以电熔镁砂和镁橄榄石为主要原料制成中间包干式料,样品在不同温度下进行了热处理。通过常温物理性能测试和光学显微结构观察,研究了镁橄榄石原料的种类、添加量及复合无机结合剂的添加量对干式料性能的影响。结果表明:以镁橄榄石生料为骨料的样品的常温物理性能优于以镁橄榄石熟料为骨料的样品的;镁橄榄石生料的适宜添加量为15%左右;采用3.0%Na2SiO3·9H2O,2.0%Na2SiO3·5H2O和1.0%MgSO4·7H2O结合的样品经200℃烘烤后的抗压强度大于4.5MPa,1550℃热处理3h后的抗压强度可达17.9MPa;采用静态坩埚法对样品进行渣蚀实验,发现熔渣对干式料的侵蚀以渗透为主,渗透深度约为8mm。 Magnesia-based dry vibration mixtures containing forsterite were prepared using electric-fused magnesia and forsterite as the main raw materials. The amounts of forsterite and composite inorganic salt added were varied, and their effects on the physical properties and the microstructure of the samples were investigated. The results show that the physical properties of the specimens made from green forsterite as aggregates are better than those using sintered forsterite. The cold crushing strength of the specimen with 15% (in mass, the same below) green forsterite and bonded by 3.0%Na2SiO3·9H2O,2.0%Na2SiO3·5H2O and 1.0% MgSO4·7H2O after being dried at 200 ℃ for 3 h is above 4.5 MPa, and the crushing strength of the specimen after heat treatment at 1 550℃ for 3 h is as high as 17.9 MPa. The main path of corrosion of the slag in the specimen after static crucible method at 1 550℃ for 3 h is penetration, and the penetration depth of the specimen is about 8 mm.
