摘要 针对某型装备故障诊断系统设计需要,提出了一种基于自适应无限脉冲响应滤波器(IIR)的故障预测与诊断系统。该系统以自适应IIR滤波器为故障预测模型,利用改进粒子群优化算法进行训练以加速系统收敛,并采用FPGA技术针对故障预测与诊断模型和算法提供直接的硬件支持来提高运算效率并满足系统实时性的要求。该系统可靠性高,工程实用性强,配置灵活。 To meet the need of testability and diagnostic design for certain equipment, a fauh predication and diag- nostic system is put forward based on self-adapting infinity impulse response (IIR) filter in the paper. In the system, a self-adapting IIR filter is put forward as the fault predication model and an improved particle swarm optimization algo- rithm is used to accelerate the speed of convergence. The system has high reliability, strong engineering practicality and easy configuration.
