摘要 针对复杂电子装备数字系统测试与故障诊断的需求,提出了基于模块测试与维护(MTM)总线的系统级测试性设计方案。在该测试性设计方案中,MTM从模块接口主要完成IEEE1149.5协议和IEEE1149.1协议之间的转换,是实现系统测试的关键。在对MTM-Bus的结构及特点、MTM总线协议层次的分析基础上,对MTM总线从模块的接口设计的关键技术进行了深入研究,为系统实现提供了技术支持。MTM总线测试性设计体系为层次化边界扫描测试技术提供了方便,可以显著提高系统的测试性设计水平。 Research was made on the test and fault diagnosis of digital system in complex electronic equipment. The design proposal of system testability based on module test and maintenance bus (MTM-Bus) is put forward. In this design proposal, the Slave-module interface is a protocol converter between 1149.5 and 1149.1, which is the key to real- ize system level test. At first, the structure and hierarchy of MTM-Bus are introduced. On the base of above, the key technology for MTM-Bus Slave-module interface design is studied, and the instructor for realization of system test is pro- vided. The module test and maintenance bus (MTM-Bus) has taken much convenience to the hierarchical boundary scan test technology and it can improve the testability of system effectively.
