摘要
简述了脑动静脉畸形用伽玛刀治疗后的病理组织变化、疗效及一些影响因素。实践证明,伽玛刀是治疗脑动静脉畸形的一种良好方法,其并发症少,但亦受一些影响因素的干扰。
The pathological changes, curative effects and influential factors of gamma knife radiosurgery for cerebral arteriovenous malformations（CAVM） axe reviewed. It has been proved that gamma knife is an effective method for the treatment of CAVM with few complications, but it may be intefered by some influencing factors.
