紫外诱变选育焦化废水中高效降氰微生物

摘要 用紫外线作为诱变剂,处理由安徽省淮化集团焦化厂生化站曝气池的活性污泥中分离得到的降氰菌株,筛选出2种高效降氰微生物YB2、YB3,分别为紫外线照射40s和80s所得。应用原始分离菌株YS及诱变菌株YB2、YB3处理焦化废水,结果表明,均能够有效降解较为复杂的焦化废水,且YB2菌株处理效果最佳。另外,通过正交实验考察了温度、pH值及NaCl浓度对YB2菌株生长情况的影响。结果表明,各因素对YB2菌株生长情况影响的主次依次为;温度〉pH值〉NaCl浓度,菌株在温度为30℃,pH值为7.0,NaCl浓度为0.5g/mL时生长良好。 From the strains separated from the activated-sludge of Huaihua Group in Anhui province, we choose 2 strains called YB2 and YB3 of degrading cyanide efficiently with ultraviolet radiating for 40s and 80s. The results of experiments show that YS, YB2 and YB3 can treat coking wastewater containing cyanide efficiently, and YB2 is the best one. In addition, the growth of YB2 is influenced by temperature,pH value and NaCl concentration. The proper order of factors is temprature〉pH value〉NaCl concentration according to affecting degree of seriousness, and YB2 grows well at the temperature of 30℃, pH value of 7.0 and NaCl concentration of 0.5g/mL.
