铁氧体法处理废水中Cr^6+、Cu^2+的实验研究

摘要 采用铁氧体法处理Cr^6+、Cr^6+和Cu^2+混合废水。实验结果表明。在还原阶段pH=3.5,共沉淀阶段pH=8.0,控制反应温度为60℃时,Cr^6+的处理效果最好;在还原阶段pH=3.5,共沉淀阶段pH=9.0,控制反应温度为60℃时Cr^6+和Cu^2+混合废水中Cr^6+和Cu^2+的处理效果最好。且处理后Cr^6+和Cu^2+均低于国家规定的总铬和铜的最高允许排放浓度。实验还对处理后得到的残渣铁氧体进行红外分析和热分析。 Ferrite process for treatment of electroplating wastewater with containing heavy metal, which is by control the pH of the wastewater, and put in FeSO4·7H2O, then through deoxidize, coprecipitate and dehydrate stage, it will form the steady ferrite deposition, discharging the clear liquid above, and the heavy metal in the electroplating wastewater is wiped off. This experiment with the processing and the research handle solid behind for purpose, research process Chrome(Ⅵ) and Copper(Ⅱ) mix wastewater. By changing different experiment parameter in the experiment, find out the best conditions of dispose the Chrome(Ⅵ)are: restoring stage pH=3.5, precipitate stage pH totally=8.0 and the reactive temperature as 60℃. And the best conditions of dispose the Chrome(Ⅵ) and Copper(Ⅱ) mix wastewater are: restoring stage pH= 3.5, precipitate stage pH totally= 9.0 and the reactive temperature as 60℃. Through the treatment, both the total Chrome and the Copper(Ⅱ) is under the maximal discharge consistence of stipulate by national standard. This experiment also analysis the ferrite which get from the treatment by Infrared analysis and Thermal analysis.
