摘要
通过微核试验,研究了阿维菌素和三唑磷对泥鳅红细胞核的遗传毒性。结果表明,阿维菌素和三唑磷均会导致微核细胞率和核异常细胞率显著上升(P〈0.05),但微核率和药剂浓度无显著相关。阿维菌素和三唑磷联合作用下微核细胞率和核异常细胞率高于单剂,且高浓度的联合诱变作用比低浓度显著(P〈0.05)。阿维菌素和三唑磷联合作用耐呈相加作用。
Micronucleus(MN) test were used to reveal the genetic toxicity of abamectin and triazophos in erythrocytes of loaches. The results indicated that the two pesticides treating alone could increased the micronuclei and nuclear anomalies significantly (P〈0.05). While there was no significant correlation between concentrations of pesticides and micronuclei or nuclear anomalies. The micronuclei and nuclear anomalies wrer more higher when abamectin and triazophos were used to-gether than alone. And those with high concentrations were more obvious than the others(P〈0.05). Abamectin and triazophos used together have an additive action.
