摘要
制糖工业是个耗水大户,其生产过程产生大量的废水,若不经合理的综合治理,直接排人环境后,势必造成水体的严重污染。目前广西区内对于糖厂废水的处理以好氧生物法为主,在众多的处理设施中,CASS工艺具有投资较少、占地面积小、工艺流程简单、运行方式灵活、对水质水量变化适应性强等优点。CASS工艺是SBR工艺的一个改进型,它由生物选择器和可变容积反应器组合而成,其生物反应过程和泥水分离过程结合在一个池子中进行。文章针对CASS工艺处理糖厂废水,进行单因素及正交实验研究,确定CASS工艺最佳处理条件。结果表明,在实验条件下最优工艺组合为:曝气时间2h,曝气量0.375m^3/h,沉淀时间60min,泻泥浓度4000mg/L左右,排水比1/3。在各因素中曝气量对COD去除效果的影响最大。
Sugar industry produce large amount of waste water, if this water flow into environment without comprehensive treatment, it must bring about water pollution. Aerobic biological treatment is the most common method of treatment for sugar wastewater in GuangXi now. In all of these methods, the CASS has the merits of little investment, small area, easy control, flexible operation, easy to adapt the water quantitative and water quality. CASS is a kind of improvement on SBR, it is a combination of a biological selector and variable volume process reactor. The process operates in a single reactor basin to accomplish both biological treatment and solids-liquid separation. The paper used the CASS (Cyclic Activated Sludge System Plants) to treat sugar wastewater. Through single -factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, we can ascertain the best technological conditions. The optimal parameters of CASS were as follows through the laboratory-scale continuous experiments: 2 hours aeration time, 0. 375m^3/h of aeration quantity, 60minutes sedimentation time, 4000mg/ L of MLSS, 1/3 of ratio of draining away water. From the results of the orthogonal experiment, we can know the moat important effect factor is aeration quantity.
