酸碱性蚀刻液中微量镍的去除研究

摘要 研究了利用D401树脂分离碱性蚀刻液中微量镍的效果,结果表明在pH=10.5,时间为10min,以0.1mol/L盐酸+1g/L EDTA作为洗脱剂条件下,分离效果能达到非常好的效果且能富集回收微量镍;在酸性蚀刻液中可通过TRPO萃取分离铜,经多级萃取后分离酸性蚀刻液中微量镍。 Separated trace nickel from spent basic etching solution with D401 resin has been studied, the results as follow: when the pH value of the solution was 10.5, ion exchange time was 10min,0. 1mol/L hydrochloride +1g/L EDTA used as element, the separation effect was very good which can be used for enriching and recovering trace nickel. The copper in spent acid etching solution was solvent extracted with TRPO, and the trace nickel was separated after multi-stage extraction.
