Effects Caused by the Construction of the Middle of Suiyue Expressway on the Biochemical Index of Roadside Vitex Negundo Var

通过测定牡荆的叶绿素、硝酸还原酶、可溶性蛋白和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD），并采用SPSS15.0统计分析软件（SPSSInc.，Chicago.USA），对所测结果进行三因素方差分析。结论为高速公路建设对牡荆的四个生化指标影响程度不同。该研究可为高速公路生念影响评价指标体系优选指标提供依据。

By monitoring the Chl, NR, protein, SOD of Vitex negundo var, and using the statistic analysis software of SPSS15.0 to analyze the data by the measure of three-factors ANOVA. The conclusion is that the construction of the expressway made a different extent impact on the four biochemical index of Vitex negundo var. There will be more help for us to choose better index in the index system of the biology impact assessment of expressway after reading this study.
