摘要
以二硫化碳为稀释剂,采用程序升温,调节载气流量,在一根色谱柱上实现苯系物标准样品中的6种组分的分离测定,对苯系物标准样品进行多次测定,在5-120mg/L浓度范围内,线性关系好,相关系数为0.999-0.9999之间。各组分的测定结果均在标准样品的保证值范围内,相对标准差〈2%,方法的准确度和精密度均较好,方法应用于苯系物环境标准样品的质控考核,同时也适用于工作场所空气中苯系毒物的检测。
In this papcr, six components were separated from benzene standard samples in a chromatographic column by programmed increasing temperature and adjusting carrier gas flow, taken CSz as diluent. Upon measuring the content of benzene standard samples many times, the linear relation of the six benzene series was fine within the concentration range of 5— 120mg/L and the correlation ratio was between 0.999 and 0.9999. The detection results were all limited among the assurance scope and the relative standard deviation was less 2%, which had a good accuracy. This method is accurate in the quality control assessment of the standard samples of benzene series. Worthwhile it is applicable for the detection of benzene toxicants in the air of workplaces.
