上海市固定源烟气排放连续监测技术对比

Comparison of the Technology of Continuous Emissions Monitoring of Flue Gas Emitted from Stationary Sources in Shanghai

摘要 自动化监浏仪器已日益发展成为一个重要的环境监管手段。选择可靠、有效的在线监测技术对于监测精确度、监涓效率都有十分重要的意义,文章简述了上海市固定源烟气排放连续监测技术。分析了在线篮潞设备验收情况、验收检测项目合格率,计算了验收合格数据的均值、中位教及正态分布区间,对比了4个验收检测项目在不同检测原理下的检铡结果,结果显示,氧量合格率最高,瘴速和颗粒物合格率较低;光散射法和双氧化锆法分别适用于测量低浓度颗粒物和氮氧化物;紫外差分吸收光谱法更适用于测量高浓度氮氧化物,并且比非分散红外法更适用于二氧化硫的监测,并提出了相关建议。 As an important environmental monitoring method, the efficient and credible continuous monitoring method plays a significant role in the accuracy and efficiency of monitoring. This paper briefly introduced the technology of CEMS in Shanghai. Then it analyzed and calculated the approved rate, average value, median value and interval of normal distri-bution of the qualified value. The paper also compared the monitoring result of different monitoring technlogies of particulate matter, SO2, NOx and O2. Results showed that the qualified rate of oxygen was high, while that of flow rate and PM were low. It is deduced that light scattering method and method were suitable for monitoring of PM and NOx with low concentration respectively, while NDUV was more applicable than NDIR in the monitoring of SO2. NDUV was also applicable in monitoring NOx with high concentration. Finally, some suggestions were given.
