GC法考察频谱治疗保健水中毒理学指标

摘要 考察频谱治疗保健水的毒理学指标。采用顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法测定,色谱系统为:HP-5石英毛细管柱;恒温50℃;检测器ECD;内标法定量。结果:在确定的色谱条件下各组分能完全分离,线性关系良好(r〉O.99);三氯化碳检测限0.001μg/L,平均回收率103.88%(RSD=1.7%);四氯化碳检测限0.020μg/L,平均吲收率97.63%(RSD=1.9%)。3批样品中三氯化碳的平均含量分别为1.68μg/L、1.79μg/L、1.98μg/L,四氯化碳未检出。结论:经方法学考察,该法符合定量分析要求,操作简单。色谱分离好,结果准确可靠。测定频谱治疗保健水中兰氯化碳与四氯化碳含量均远低于国家标准规定。 Objective To determine the contents of trichLoride and carbon tetrachLoride in the water of frequency spectrum. Methods Headspace-gas chromatography method was established with ECD detector. The capiLLary coLumn was HP-5, using constant temperature was 50℃;The haLid was caLcuLated by the internal, standard method. ResuLt Under the chromatographic condition, aLL soLvents were separated and had good Linear range;the average recoveries were 93.02%-108.80%. The Limit of detection was 0.010μg/L—0.100μg/L. The contents of trichLoride and carbon tetrachLoride in three batches of samples were under the standard regulations of nation. ConcLusions After vaLidation, the method was proved to be accurate ,sensitive and reLiabLe. It is to fit in with the needs of quantitative anaLysis.
