摘要
通过小试研究了PACT生物强化工艺在印染废水处理中各类影响因素,考察了粉末活性炭投加与否、粉末活性炭投加量以及投加次数对PACT生物强化反应的影响,筛选出最佳工艺,并探讨了粉末活性炭吸附作用以及粉末活性炭与其他吸附剂生物强化效果的对比。总体来说,PACT法小试实验中对COD的去除率可以达到30%-35%,比活性污泥法COD去除率平均提高8%左右。
Influence factors of PACT bioaugmentation technology in treatment of textile wastewater are analyzed through bench-scale test. Influences of adding powder active carbon (PAC) or not, content of adding PAC, frequency of adding PAC are investigated. The optimal technological conditions are selected out. In addition, adsorption effect and comparison of other bioaugmentation methods are also studied. Conclusively, the removal rate of COD could reach 30%-35% in bench-scale PACT test, which is 8 percentage points higher than activated sludge technology.
