零件的特征识别

摘要 基于集成化理论,从AutoCAD(12.0)三维实体造型(AME)出发,从中提取几何信息和拓扑信息,通过对一些工艺特征面的定义对几何信息进行特征识别和表面重组,建立一个一般零件从CAD到CAPP的零件信息的接口模型.本系统适用于几种典型类型的零件,文中分别以不同类型的零件为例得出了零件信息,在零件的特征识别方面作了有益的尝试. This paper snggests an interface model of parts manufacture information between CAD and CAPP, which is based on the 3dimension design (AME) information of AutoCAD(12.0). According to the definition of the features, this system extracts the geometrical and topological information, reorganizes features, adds process information, and then turns them into the information which CAPP needs. This system is suitable to many kinds of parts, which is proved by tests of several types of parts. This paper has also studied the feature recognition of mechanical parts.
