桂林市经济社会与人口资源环境协调发展初探

Study on the Coordination Development Among Economy, Society, Population, Resources and Environment in Guilin City

借鉴可持续发展相关研究成果，运用主成分分析法评价了2000-2006年桂林市经济、社会与人口、资源、环境子系统的综合发展水平；构建综合经济系统和综合环境系统，初步评价了经济和环境发展水平的协调度，找出桂林市可持续发展过程中存在的问题。结果表明：近年来桂林市的经济、社会和人口、资源、环境子系统的综合发展水平在不断提高，但人口基数大的影响也开始显现，资源消耗水平仍然较高，环境治理工作相对滞后，经济发展与环境保护的平衡关系还有待加强。

Using sustainable development related research results for reference, the paper appraises the comprehensive development level of economy, society, population, resources and environment subsystems by principal component analysis from 2000 to 2006 in Guilin city. It builds the comprehensive economic system and the comprehensive environmental system and preliminarily appraises the coordination degree of economy and environment to find out the existing problems in the sustainable development process. The results show that the comprehensive development level of economy, society, population, resources and environment subsystems in Guilin city have been improving recent years, but there are still some problems in population, resources and environment, moreover something must to be done to reinforce the relation-ship between economic development and environmental protection.
