推进农村环境保护工作的探讨

Discussion on How to Facilitate Rural Environmental Protection

建设社会主义新农村是落实科学发展观。构建和谐社会的必然要求。加快建设社会主义新农村，离不开环境保护的支持。目前我国农村环境污染形势严峻，在治理上也存在诸多不足之处。笔者通过深入分析，认为开展农村环境保护工作应首先建立健全农村环境管理体制和法律法规体系；然后以科学的环境规划为龙头，宣传为导向，大力推行示范建设；在整体运行过程中，应确保资金供应，并因地制宜地开展工程技术研究和实践。

To construct socialistic new village is thc inevitable demand of carrying out scientific development and building harmonious society, which should be closely correlated with environmental protection. Nowadays, the rural environment of our country has been badly polluted, and the practice in controlling the pollution manifests several disadvantages. Through profound analysis on the present situation, the author thinks that, in order to facilitate rural environmental protection, the relevant manage system and law construction should he firstly considered. Demonstration construction should be accelerated on the basis of the scientific environmental programming, and with propaganda as guidance. In addition, the foundation of environmental protection should be adequately provided, and the appropriate engineering technology should be studied and put into practice.
