摘要
该文综述原花色素的结构、化学特性,抗氧化机制及抗氧化生物活性方面研究,如预防心血管疾病、保护肝脏、抗肿瘤、抗过敏及抗炎、防辐射等作用,为其在功能性食品、药物、化妆品等领域深入研究和开发提供参考。
The structure, chemical characteristic and antioxidative mechanism of proanthocyanidin were introduced in this paper. At the same time, the studies were reviewed on antioxidative bioactivities of proanthocyanidins, including prevention of cardiovascular disease and protection of liver, anti- tumor effect, anti-allergy effect, anti-inflammatory effect and anti-radiation effect. It is an important reference for the deep research and development of proanthocyanidin in the fields of the functional foods, medicines and cosmetics.
