摘要
目的研究上海地区老龄男性血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)与血脂之间的关系。方法分析参加体检的1200名老年男性血清GGT与空腹血糖、肌酐(Cr)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]之间的关系。结果大多数血脂指标随GGT水平升高而改变,血清LDL-C、TG、TC和致粥样硬化指数(AIP)与GGT水平呈正相关[相关系数(r)分别为0.470、0.326、0.315、0.303,P均=0.000],HDL-C与GGT呈负相关(r=-0.407,P=0.000),Lp(a)浓度与GGT水平平行升高但无明显相关(r=0.53,P=0.103)。按美国胆固醇教育计划(NCEP)成人治疗专家方案Ⅲ(ATPⅢ)合适水平分组后,超出合适水平的频率随GGT水平升高而上升,除Lp(a)外的其他指标呈明显相关,且年龄、空腹血糖和Cr标准化后这种关系仍然存在。线性回归分析发现GGT活性可预示血清LDL-C、TC、TG、HDL-C及AIP水平。结论血清GGT活性升高是上海地区老年男性人群致粥样硬化指标的独立相关因子。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT) activity and lipid profile in elder male population of Shanghai. Methods The relationship between serum GGT activity and fasting plasma glucose ( FPG ), creatinine ( Cr), total cholesterol ( TC ), triglyceride ( TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and lipoprotein(a) [ Lp(a) ] in 1 200 elder male population who had the health examination was analyzed. Results The levels of most lipid parameters varied with GGT activity increas- ing. The GGT activity was positively correlated with LDL-C, TG, TC and atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) ( r = 0. 470,0.362,0.315,0. 303, P = 0. 000), and was negatively correlated with HDL-C (r = -0.407, P = 0. 000). The Lp (a) level increased along with GGT activity increasing, but they had not correlation (r =0.53, P = 0. 103 ). After grouping according to the right of the National cholesterd Education Program-Adult Treatment Panel Ⅲ ( NECP-ATP Ⅲ ), the frequency of above-right level increased along with GGT activity increasing. All lipids indices had correlation with GGT except Lp(a). These correlations still occurred after adjustment to age, FPG and Cr levels. In multiple linear regression analysis, GGT activity predicted serum levels of LDL-C,TC,TG, AIP and HDL-C. Conclusions GGT activity increasing is independently associated with atherogenic index in elder male population of Shanghai.
