摘要
为寻找新的抗真菌药物,对DEB-2菌株中产生的抗真菌作用的粗提物进行了初步研究。结果表明:DEB-2菌株发酵液中的抗菌物质可能是一种蛋白质或肽类物质、分子量大于3.5 kD;该抗真菌物质具有较高的热稳定性,121℃处理20 min活性没有损失,对变性剂脲、紫外线相当稳定,在酸碱条件下仍具有一定活性;对木瓜蛋白酶不稳定。
The prineipial extraction of antifungal substance obtained from fermented liquid of isolate DEB-2 was studied. The results indicate that the antifungal compound might be protein or peptid and the molecular weight was bigger than 3.5 kD. Furthermore the principial extraction showed high thermal stability without activity losing at 121℃ for 20 rain, stable to UV and urea, and with little effect on the antifungal activity to acid and alkali. However the instability of the antifungal compound to papain was exhibited.
