复配对肉兔繁殖性能的影响

Remating Effect on the Reproductive Performance of Meat Rabbit

为研究复配对肉兔受胎率及产仔性能的影响程度,选用体质结实,年龄相近,体况良好,膘情中等,发情正常,无繁殖障碍的适配种母兔48只,随机分成2组,Ⅰ组采用单次配种,Ⅱ组采用重复配种。结果表明,Ⅰ组母兔受胎率为66.67%(18/24),Ⅱ组母兔受胎率为95.83%(23/24),差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅰ组产仔数平均8.76只/窝,Ⅱ组8.75只/窝,差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅰ组平均窝重490.88 g/窝,Ⅱ组485.00 g/窝,差异不显著(p>0.05);Ⅰ组初生重平均56.37 g/只,Ⅱ组58.40 g/只,差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明,复配能有效地提高肉兔受胎率,但对产仔数、初生窝重、初生重作用不明显。

Present study is about that remating effected on the conception rate and average litter size of meat rabbits. 48 female meat rabbits were selected which are healthy, in the neighborhood of age, mid fatness, estrous regularly and no reproductive disturbance. They were divided into two groups randomly. The female meat rabbits in test group Ⅰ was mated only one time. At the same time, those in test group Ⅱ was remated two times with the same male meat rabbit. The results showed that the conception rate in the test group Ⅰ was 66.67%,that in the test group Ⅱ was 95.83 % （P〈0.05）. The average litters size in the test group Ⅰ was 8.76, but that in the group Ⅱ was 8.75（P〉0. 05）. The birth weight of litter in the test group I was 56.37g,while 58.40g in the test group Ⅱ （P〉0.05）. The experiment proves that remating can improve the conception rate of the meat rabbits effectively,but it is not remarkable to the average litter sizes,birth weight and birth weight of litters.
