摘要
试验以西红柿为材料,通过盆栽方式研究了西红柿对土壤中铅的吸收、积累和分配规律。结果表明:重金属Pb对西红柿生长的影响从Pb处理浓度为12.5 mg/kg开始显现,随着Pb浓度的增加,西红柿茎、叶和根中Pb的积累量及积累强度也随之增加。叶、茎中Pb的积累量最大值出现在Pb处理浓度为100.0 g/kg,此时叶片积累量为625.431 mg/株(后果期),茎为198.753 mg/株(盛果期);根中Pb的积累量最大值出现在Pb处理浓度为200.0 g/kg,根系Pb的积累量为267.542 mg/株(初果期)。西红柿对Pb的积累强度随着Pb浓度的增加不断增加,以Pb处理浓度为100.0 g/kg的积累强度最大,每株西红柿每天最大能积累14.93 mg/株(初果期)。
The pot experiment was carried out to study the Pb absorption, accumulation and distribution pattern in tomato. The results showed that Pb began to have the effect on growth of tomato plants when Pb concentration was 12.5 mg/ kg, the Ph accumulation quantity and intensity of tomato stems, leaves and roots increased with increment of Pb concentration. The maximum accumulation quantity of leaves at late fruit-bearing stage and stems at full fruit-bearing stage was 625. 431 mg/ plant and 198. 753 mg/plant respectively when Pb concentration was 100.0 g/kg. The maximum accumulation quantity of roots at early fruit-bearing stage was 267. 542 mg/plant when Pb concentration was 200. 0 g/kg. The Pb accumulation intensity increased with increment of Pb concentration and the maximum daily Pb accumulation quantity was up to 14.93 mg/plant when Pb concentration was 100.0 g/kg.
