Determination of Seven Trace Elements in Macadamia Nuts by FAAS

为了分析澳洲坚果中微量元素含量。将样品经混酸（浓硝酸、浓硫酸、高氯酸）硝解，采用火焰原子吸收法测定其Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Li、Cd、Pb的含量。结果表明，7种微量元素的回收率为95．00％～102．1％，RSD为1．05％～1．68％。说明，澳洲坚果中对人体健康有益的Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn微量元素含量较高。该方法简便、准确、可靠。

The Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Li, Cd and Pb content in maeadamia nuts was determined by FAAS to provide a reference for explaining its health ruction. The results showed that the recovery rate of seven elements and RSD were 95.00-102. l% and 1.05-1.68% respectively. The macadamia nut is rich in Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn and the four trace elements are benefitial to human health. FAAS is of simple, accurate and reliable advantages for determining trace elements in macadamia nuts.
