四川省农村循环经济区域模式探索

The Study on Regional Pattern of Rural Circular Economy in Sichuan

发展农村循环经济是解决"三农"问题的重要途径之一,其模式不可能千篇一律,而应根据各地实际,探索不同区域的农村循环经济发展模式。针对四川省农村经济、资源和环境特点的差异,结合国内不同循环经济发展理论和实践模式,对四川省五大经济区推行农村循环经济发展的模式进行了分析,并提出了对策建议。

Developing the rural circular economy is one of the important solutions to solve the problems in ＂three agriculture＂, and the patterns should according to the rural situation instead of unchangeable pattern to explore the development patterns of rural circular economy in different region. This paper analyzed the development patterns in the implementation of rural circular economy in five economic zones in Sichuan based on the difference of rural economy, resources, and environmental character, and combined with different domestic rural economic development theories and practical patterns. The strategies and solutions were also proposed in the paper.
