固相萃取-高效液相色谱法检测水中硝基苯 被引量:2

Determination of Nitrobenzene in Water by Solid Phase Extraction Coupled with High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定水中硝基苯含量的方法。结果表明,在添加量1.344-134.40μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.99992),回收率为90.18%~100.64%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于7.95%,方法检出限为6.2×10^-4μg。可采用本方法检测实际水样。 The method for determination the nitrobenzene content in water by HPLC with solid phase extraction was established. The results showed that nitrobenzene had a good linear correlation (r=0. 99992) when it was added from 1. 344- 134.4 μg/L, its recovery was 90. 18%-100.64%, and relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 7.95%, also the minimum detectable value was 6.2×10^-4 μg. This method could be applied to analysis the water samples.
