摘要
为考察不同前茬作物对丹参产量和质量的影响,观察丹参药材性状和病害情况,用重量法测定丹参醇浸出物和水浸出物含量,用HPLC法测定丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量。结果表明:不同前茬作物丹参药材的产量、病害、浸出物含量、丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量均有一定差异,以玉米、红薯、花生为前茬作物的丹参药材的质量优于以丹参和棉花为前茬作物的丹参药材的质量。
To study the effects of different fore-rotating crops on yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge., the character and disease of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. were observed and the ethanol-soluble components and water-soluble components were extracted by gravimetric method and tanshinone lI A and salvianohc acid B were determined by HPLC. The results showed that the yield and disease of Salvia mihiorrhiza Bge were different among fore-rotating crops, as well as the content of soluble components and tanshinone II A and salvianolic acid B. The quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge that planted in fore-rotating crops such as corn, sweet potato and peanut was better than that in cotton.
