种植义齿与邻近天然牙龈沟液中白介素-2水平的比较

The comparison of the level of IL-2 in crevicular fluid from dental implants

目的探讨种植义齿及邻近天然牙龈沟液白介素-2浓度同周围组织状态的关系,评价白介素-2作为种植义齿周围炎诊断的客观指标的意义。方法根据58例患者的牙周情况(探诊深度、出血指数和菌斑指数)将其分成牙周健康组和炎症组,收集龈沟液,检测其龈沟液内白介素-2的含量。结果种植体周龈沟液白介素-2的含量与天然牙周的无明显差别;牙周有炎症的种植体和天然牙的龈沟液白介素-2的含量略高于牙周健康组。结论炎症对于龈沟液中白介素-2的含量有一定的影响。

Objective To compare levels of interleukins 2 （IL-2） in gingival crevicular fluid of implant and tooth nearby the implant, and test whether IL-2 may be of value as a diagnostic for per-implantitis. Methods Fifty-eight patients participated in this study. Gingival crevicular fluid （GCF） was sampled from teeth. IL-2 levels were analysed using ELISA method. Results Increases were seen in the volume of gingival crevicular fluid and the concentrations of IL-2 between the healthy and periodontal. Conclusion Leveling of IL-2 in the teeth evoke increases in the periodontal tissues that can be detected in gingival crevicular fluid.
