天然植物黄蜀葵提取物对变形链球菌生长及产酸的抑制作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究黄蜀葵花总黄酮(TFA)对变形链球菌(MS)生长及产酸的影响,为临床龋病预防提供实验基础。方法采用二倍稀释法观察不同浓度的TFA对MS生长的影响,测定该药物的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);以低于MIC的4个浓度梯度配置含TFA的TPY液体培养基,接种MS,厌氧培养48h,测定在不同培养时间段各浓度TFA溶液实验前后的pH值。结果一定浓度的TFA能够抑制MS的生长,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为2.5g/L;在低于MIC的4个浓度梯度条件下,随着TFA浓度的升高,各浓度组在不同培养时间段pH值逐渐增高,各个浓度组与对照组的pH变化值差异均有显著性(P<0.01),各浓度组在各个时问段与对照组之间差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论TFA影响变形链球菌的生长代谢,使MS产酸减少。 Objective To study the effect of total flavone of abelmoschus manihot (L.) medicus (TFA) on the growth and acid production of S. Mutans, thus to provide experimental study basis for prevention of caries. Methods Observing the effect of different concentration TFA on the growth of S. Mutans, we determined minimal inhibitory concentration ( MIC ) by double dilution method. The effects of TFA on acid production of S. mutans were examined by using TPY media with four different concentrations of the TFA(2. 50,1. 25,0. 63,0. 32,0. 16 g/L) and anaerobic cultivating respectively. The pH value of the mediums were measured. Results A certain concentrations of TFA could inhibit the growth of S. Mutans. The MIC of TFA is 2.5 g/L. TFA inhibited the growth of the bacteria dosedependently and The pH value was descending when the concentrations of TFA was advancing. Conclusion TFA extracts can determinate inhibiteding effect on the growth and acid production of S. Mutans.
