摘要
本文运用可靠性数学理论,根据湘潭电机厂设计研制生产的其中18台154吨电动轮自卸车在某铜矿实际运行情况,提出了故障分析的模型,为制订评估154吨电动轮自卸车的特征量提供了理论依据,同时也为改进设计方法和制订维修方案提供了条件,实践表明效果良好.
On the working result in a certain copper mine of 18 154t moterized wheel dump trucks designed and made in xiangtan electric mfg works ,using reliable mathmatics analysing method, this paper offer a model for fault analysing,which base for appreciating the properties of the trucks. It also offer advice for designing and repairing measures. It has been proved that the model works well.
