摘要
根据转子不平衡响应的计算结果与系统辨识原理,建立了一组包含不平衡量、振动响应和频率响应函数的系统方程.提出了一种辨识不平衡状态的新方法,并以某冶金厂D900离心式鼓风机为例进行了模拟实验,结果表明,该方法能辨识不平衡量在3个叶轮中分布的大小和方位.因而可直接用于指导维修工作.对风机来说,在辨识不平衡状态之后,还可计算出各叶轮处的振动响应。
おccording to the principle of system identification and the calculation of the rotator′s unbalance response, a group of system equations are set up, including unbalance parameters, vibration response and frequency response function, and a new method of identifying the unbalance state is presented. Also a lot of simulator experiments which take D900 centrifugal blower of a metallurgy factory as an example have been done, and the result shows that the method can be used to identify the magnitude and direction of the unbalance parameters in three impellers. So the service work can be guided directly by it. It also can be used for the blower to calculate the vibration response of the three impellers after identifying the unbalance state, which is useful for the online supervision and diagnostic of the machine.
