摘要
可靠性工程以突变失效问题为研究对象,已建立了一整套比较完整的理论体系,而对漂移失效引起的可靠性问题却研究得很少。但许多仪表是由性能漂移导致产品失效的。就此,本文通过对漂移失效的表现——仪表输出误差的分析,以多维随机变量的概率分布为理论依据,给出了性能可靠度的定义,建立并证明了性能可靠度的多元正态分布模型以及性能可靠度的数学表达式。
A set of comparetively integrated theory system of reliability engineering based on the catastrophy failure as study has been formed.But the reliability problem about the drift failure has hardly been studied.The failure of many instruments is caused by the performance drift of the instruments.Thus depending on the output error analysis of the instruments and on the basis of theory of probability distribution of multidimensional random variable,this paper gives the definition of performance reliability and sets up the performance reliability model of multidimensional gaussian distribution.
