基于人力资源配置视角的我国公平与效率的动态关系

摘要 文章首先论述效率的三层内涵、公平的三层内涵,从而确定分配领域的公平与效率的内涵,在此基础上讨论分配领域的几种公平与效率关系存在的经济社会的背景和条件。最后,从人力资源科学配置角度,通过分析现阶段我国经济社会背景和条件,揭示分配领域公平与效率的关系,并解释了目前调整公平与效率关系的原因。 This text has described intension of three levels of efficiency, fair intension of four levels at first. Thus confirm the intension of fair and efficiency to the field for distributes, discuss several background and terms of economics and society for fair and efficiency that relation exists assign field on this basis. Finally, from the perspective of human resources science disposition, through having analyzed economics and society background and condition of our country present stage, announce that the relation of fair with efficiency in the field of distributing, explain the adjustment reason to the relation of fair and the efficiency at present.
