摘要
用面向对象技术抽象出闪蒸类结构和功能,实现闪蒸类的封装、继承、属性和方法。对缔合体系汽相采用维里方程,液相用UNIQUAC方程修正其非理想性,校正缔合组分汽相焓的计算,建立相平衡模型。用一维或二维New-ton -Raphson法对缔合和一般体系的闪蒸过程方程组进行多元闪蒸分离计算,模拟结果与文献值对比平均相对偏差小于2.46%。软件将面向对象技术和缔合物系热力学模型及数值分析方法结合,进行闪蒸单元操作的模拟分离计算。可作为基础模块用于化工过程流程模拟、分析、优化及系统集成开发并可用于实际生产过程的闪蒸计算。
The vapor-liquid equilibrium model of association system was established, and vapor enthalpy of association system was corrected. Virial-equation in Vapor phase and UNIQUAC-equation in the liquid phase were used to correct the non-ideal behavior. The simulation of association system flasher process gained satisfactory effect by using objection-oriented method. The software for flasher process of equations was solved by one or two dimensional Newton-Raphson method. The software can be also used to simulate flash process of general systems.
