研究了直齿型及斜齿型高速分散搅拌器的搅拌功率特性和流体的流动状态,分析了搅拌器几何参数和搅拌效果,为今后的设计提供理论依据,以满足更多的市场需求。
The characteristics of agitating power and flow pattern of high-speed dispersion agitators with straight teeth and those with helical teeth were studied by experiments. The geometric parameters and agitating effects of agitators were analyzed. The results will provide theorical basis for the further design in order to satisfy more market demand.
