摘要
介绍了重庆钢铁股份有限公司采用转炉-LF-连铸生产高碳钢的工艺,并对其工艺和质量进行了分析,总结了工艺操作要点,认为高碳钢生产控制的重点和难点是控制钢的碳偏析和钢中夹杂物的形态及数量。
The present paper introduces the production of high carbon steel by the tecnnological process of Converter-LF-Conticaster, analyses the characteristics of the technology and quality and generalizes the essential points of the process in Chonggang. It＇s concluded that the crucial and most difficult points in production of the high carbon steel is to control the carbon segregation and the shape and content of the inclusions in molten steel.
