100t LF底吹工艺优化冷态模拟及应用

摘要 通过冷态模拟实验测定混匀时间,优化了100t LF底吹两个透气砖的位置和底吹工艺参数。在生产中,采用最佳的底吹工艺,脱硫率提高了15.5%,并且还研究了单个透气砖在包底最佳的安装位置和底吹工艺参数,为现场进一步改造提供依据。 Positions of two bottom tuyeres and parameters of bottom blowing process of 100t LF were optimized in cold modeling experiments by measuring mixing time. Desulphurization rate was improved by 15.5 % by optimizing the process parameters in production. The optimum position of the single bottom tuyere and its bottom gas blowing parameters were determined. The research results could proyide a base for further improvement of the LF.
