摘要
目的:确定他克莫司联合应用NB-UVB对小鼠IL-10表达的影响。方法:30只BALB/c小鼠随机分为空白对照组、他克莫司组、他克莫司+NB-UVB组、NB-UVB+他克莫司组及单用NB-UVB组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测皮肤及血液中IL-10的含量。结果:单用NB-UVB、他克莫司+NB-UVB、NB-UVB+他克莫司以及单用他克莫司组的皮肤及血液IL-10的含量与正常对照组的差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:单用NB-UVB或他克莫司及二者联合应用均可使血清及皮肤组织悬液中IL-10含量升高,但联合应用对小鼠局部及系统免疫抑制无协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the impact of the combination of tacrolimus with NB - UVB on the expression of IL - 10 in mice. Methods: Thirty BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group, tacrolimus group, taerolimus plus NB - UVB group and NB - UVB group. ELISA method was used to determine the IL - 10 level in skin and blood. Results: The expression of IL - 10 level was higher in tacrolimus group, tacrolimus plus NB - UVB group and NB - UVB group in both skin and blood than in normal control group ( P 〈 0.05). There was no difference between other three groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Application of NB - UVB or/and tacrolimus can elevate IL- 10 level in skin and blood, but combined application of tacrolimus and NB - UVB does not enhance immunosuppression in mice.
