锂离子电池阴极材料LiCoO_2的合成 被引量:14

摘要 介绍了以碱式碳酸钴和碳酸锂为原料,通过高温法合成氧化钴锂的方法。考查了反应温度、反应时间对合成氧化钴锂的影响。反应温度选择在800~950℃之间,反应时间选择在3~13h,Li/Co摩尔比为1.0。实验结果表明,反应时间和反应温度对产物结构有较大的影响,随着反应温度的升高,产物晶型趋于完整,随着反应时间的延长,产物的晶型也趋于完整,但是反应时间越长,对产物晶粒表面微细结构的破坏程度越大。用高温法制备出六面体层状结构的LiCoO2,材料的热稳定性好,晶型比较完整。 The preparation of LiCoO 2 by heating a mixture of lithium carbonate and basic cobalt carbonate at high temperature was described. The influence of preparation conditions on the structure of the product were discussed. It was found that the temperature and duration of reaction exerted important effects on the structure of the product. The experiment showed that the reaction temperature and time do a great results to the structure of the production. As the raise of the temperature and the increase of time, the shape of crystal trends to perfect. Hexahedron of layered structure was prepared by high tempreature method and this materials have a good thermal stability.
