摘要
利用变温与恒温两种热处理工艺对由“粉末装管”法所得Bi系带材分别进行了热处理。结果表明:无论是在中间压制前还是压制后,在热处理时间相同时,采用变温热处理工艺所得带材的高温相含量都明显高于恒温热处理带材,且其高温相具有更好的C轴择优取向;经过总时间为96h且进行一次中间压制的热处理后,变温热处理带材的Jc为4.3×104A/cm2,而恒温热处理带材的Jc仅为2.
The Bi base tapes made by 'powder in tube' method were heat treated by using constant temperature and change temperature heat treatment schedule, respectively. The results showed that the high temperature phase content of change temperature heat treatment tapes is obviously higher than that of constant temperature heat treatment tapes, and the high temperature phases of the former have better C axis prefered orientation. The high J c of the former is 4.3×10 4 A/cm 2, and the latter is 2.8×10 4 A/cm 2.
