摘要
通过实验对ZnO压敏陶瓷元件的介电特性进行了研究。在微观结构的基础上导出了晶粒间界的电容公式,与由实验作出的C~V曲线,两者基本一致。提出了控制压敏电阻器固有电容的方法。在理论的指导下,采用适当的配方和工艺,可以制得介电性能良好的适应不同要求的压敏电阻器。
篢he exploration has been experimentally bond for studying the dielectric properties of Zno varistors. The formula for calculating capacitance per grain boundary has been derived on the basis of microstructure of ZnO varistors. The c-v curve has been experimentally obtained and the theory is in agreement with the experiments. Under the direction of theory, the natural capacitance can be controlled, the ZnO varistors adapting various requirments have been manufactured by using suitable composition and process.
