摘要
本文从粘土层压缩和回弹的微观效应角度,结合宁波地面沉降应力—应变关系特征,系统论述了地面沉降控制的理论和实践问题;论证了人工回灌地下水仅起补源、贮能作用,而不是控制地面沉降的根本措施;提出了控制地面沉降的地下水允许水位值和地下水允许开采量的概念,并探讨了相应的控制沉降对策。
From a point of view on the microscopic effect of the compression-rebound of clayey layer, in connection with the ground subsidence stress-strain relationship characteristics, this paper states systematically the theoretical as well as the practical aspect of ground subsidence control. It manifests that artificial recharge acts as the source supplementation and energy storage, and hence proves that this cannot suffice to serve as a fundamental measure of subsidence control. Thence, it presents the concept of allowable groundwater table lowering and permissible extractions for effective control. Finally it discusses appropriate countermeasures that should be taken for this control.
