成都双流国际机场医疗救护中心急救病谱研究与分析（附6815例分析）

Study and Analysis on Emergency Diseases of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport

目的：分析机场医救中心急诊室就诊患者的发病年龄、疾病类别和就诊规律，探讨机场急诊病谱的构成梯次及特点。方法：选择我中心2006--01--01到2008--12—31急诊室就诊共6815例患者病历记录，采用回顾性分析方法，排列出前十位急诊疾病的构成与顺位情况。经统计处理，摸索出机场急诊就诊患者的构成梯次与病谱规律。结果：急诊就诊病历主要集中在青年人群。位居前三位的疾病是：呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病、创伤。患者普遍男性多于女性。结论：本研究揭示了我机场医救中心急诊室就诊病谱构成以及常见病种的分布特点。为做好急重病的预防，做好机场医疗急救工作的组织与管理，充分利用医疗资源，在疾病高峰到来之前做好相应的医疗设备及物资配备，提高救治的效率，提供了基本资料。

Objective： To analyze the pathogenic age, disease category and regularity of visiting doctors of the emergency room of the First--Aid Center to probe component echelon and characteristic of the disease spectrum of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. Methods： To choose 6815 medical records in emergency department of the First-Aid Center, form 1st Jan. 2006 to 31st Dec. 2008, list the composition and sequence of the top ten emergency diseases by retrospective. Try to find out the component echelon and regularity of disease spectrum through statistics. Results： Most of the emergency cases were young people. Three kinds of disease in the front place were respiratory system disease, digestive system disease and trauma. Male patients were more than female. Conclusion： It discovers the disease spectrum composition feature of common disease of patients in emergency room of the First-Aid Center of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. It provides the basic irdormation for the prevention of critical disease, the organization and management of medical first aid work, the fully utilizing of medical resources and finishing preparation of first aid equipment and material before peak time, promoting the efficiency of emergency treatment.
