摘要
护理职业道德，是在一般社会道德基础上，根据护理专业的性质、任务，以及护理岗位对人类健康所承担的社会义务和责任，对护理工作者提出的护理职业道德标准和护士行为规范。护理职业道德是护理社会价值和护士理想价值的具体体现，它与护士的职业劳动紧密结合。形成高尚的护理职业风范，对指导护理专业的道德发展方向，调节护患关系，促进医疗卫生战线的精神文明建设，造福于人民的健康事业具有深远的意义。
Nursing professional ethics is the reflection of nursing＇s social value and nurses＇ ideal value in detail, which links closely to nurses＇ professional labor works. The formation of lofty nursing professional manners has great significance to the improvement of nurse-patient relationships and the ideological and ethical progress in the medical field.
