加快行政道德法制化建设是行政道德建设的核心内容。行政道德的维系和实现有其特殊性，由于权力的可增值性和可交换性，可以给拥有者带来极大的利益，这就使得权力具有极大的诱惑性和腐蚀性，所以行政道德仅仅靠社会舆论、靠人的自觉、靠人的内心自觉来维系是不够的，还必须依靠国家和政府制定的有关法律法规来保障，加快推进我国行政道德法制化进程势在必行。

The core of the construction of administrative ethics is the speeding up of its legalization. The maintenance as well as the achievement of administrative ethics has its specificity. Due to the value--added and interchangeable characteristics, administrative power can bring the owner great interest, making the temptation of great corrosion. Therefore, the maintenance of administrative ethics by public opinion, and people＇s consciousness is not enough, it also rely on state and government laws and regulations.
