摘要
黄淮海平原商丘治理区的光、热、水資源,较之我国北方干旱和半干旱地区优越,农业生产潜力较大。在本地区发展旱地农业的有效措施是,适当压缩旱薄地、晚茬地的小麦面积,扩大春、夏播雨热同步作物和在中等肥力的旱地发展麦播套种的作物合理布局;选用耐旱高产的作物和良种;培肥土壤提高土壤保水保肥能力;以及推广早深耕蓄水保墒的耕作技术,并针对当地地下水埋深较浅的特点,干旱之年采用简易的提水工具,在作物需水的关键时期,进行抗旱灌溉,就能改善生态环境条件,提高经济效益和生态效益。
There are more light, heat and weter resources in Shangqiu Reclamation Region on the yellow River-Huai River-Hai River plain as compared with those in North China's arid and semi-arid areas, there being great potentials for agricultural production. The effective measures for developing dryland farming in this region are: reducing wheat area in poor, dry and late-maturing cropland and enlarging spring and summer crops synchronized with rain and heat, interplanting cotton in wheat fields of moderate fertility, selecting drought-tolerant high-yield crop varieties, enriching the soil and increasing its water conservation capabilities and extending the technique of early deep ploughing to retent moisture, Also,imple devices can be used to lift water for irrigation in critical periods in th years of little rainfall for the ground water is easily available. with all these done, the local ecological environmental conditions can be improved with increased economic and social bencfits.
