介绍了日常生活活动(ADL)及常用的评价工具,重点从脑卒中的病变性质以及病灶大小、肢体功能、心理社会因素、早期康复训练及病人的照顾者方面综述了影响脑卒中病人ADL的因素。

It introduced activities of daily living （ADL） and its conventional evaluation tools. It summarized the influencing factors of ADL of cerebral apoplexy patients from the nature and size of lesions, limbs function, psychosocial factors,early rehabilitation training and the caretaker.
